If you're interested in finding an endurance sports coach that's highly experienced without breaking the piggy bank, Brett just might be the coach for you! Brett is a life-long elite level athlete with nearly 20 years of experience in training and racing for swimming, and 10 years of experience in triathlon. Please contact Brett if you're interested in taking advantage of any of the services offered below.

PHILOSOPHY
The beauty of triathlon is that there is no unacceptable goal in the sport. Whether it's to complete an sprint triathlon or an Ironman, to lose weight, to reach your full potential as a swimmer, biker, or runner, or to push yourself to new physical limits, it is a sport with something for everyone. But whatever your goal(s) in triathlon may be, it is still just a piece of who you are - I believe coaching should take into account all the important parts of your life. In this way, I hope to help you balance everything a way that ensures great results on race day, and a rich life the rest of the year.


CREDENTIALS
BRETT: AS A SWIMMER
  • 20 years of elite-level swim training and racing experience
  • NCAA Division I swimmer, specializing in long and middle distance racing
  • Experienced swim instructor and coach at all levels:
    • 3 years as a USA Swimming certified coach - coaching athletes from 12 - 17 years old
    • 2 years as a US masters swimming coach - coaching athletes from 19 - 70 years old
    • 2 years experience instructing beginning swimmers at all ages
BRETT: AS A TRIATHLETE
  • Winner of over half a dozen races in the New England area since 2007
  • Top 3 in all regional amateur races since 2007
  • 3rd place at USAT National Age Group Championships in 2010 (Olympic Distance)
  • Currently racing as a professional triathlete on the international circuit with 10 years of triathlon training and racing experience across all levels of the sport
COACHING PACKAGES

PRIVATE SWIM/RUN COACHING ($50 per session) 

MONTH TO MONTH COACHING ($200 start-up + $175/month): This package also begins with an over-the-phone or in-person interview, and a follow-up goal-setting phone session. From here a long-term (usually annual) plan will be drawn up, reviewed with you, and based on mutual agreement, Brett will begin planning your training roughly 10 days in advance. Communication via phone and email is ongoing and unlimited while Brett is coaching you.
